SR1 COOL EDUCATION PROGRAM 2025-2026 Intent to Return 

Dear Parents and Guardians,
 

As we begin planning for the 2025–2026 program year, we kindly ask that you complete this Intent to Return form to confirm whether your scholar will be re-enrolling for the upcoming SR1 C.O.O.L.™ Education program. Your response helps us prepare for class sizes, staffing, and resources to ensure the best academic and social experience for all scholars.
 

Important: This form must be submitted by Friday, November 7, 2025 to reserve your scholar’s spot. If the form is not submitted by this date, SR1 cannot guarantee a seat for your scholar.
